Our Motorbike Fork Suspension Service is a complete strip, inspect, and rebuild of your front suspension, carried out by experienced suspension specialists. This service includes all required parts and oil, with setup tailored to your riding style, weight, and bike use.

Whether you’re riding on the road, track, or off-road, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all suspension. Every fork we service is assessed and set up specifically for you.

What’s Included

• Full fork strip-down and inspection
• Replacement of service parts (seals, bushes where required)
• Fresh suspension oil (correct grade for your setup)
• Professional rebuild to manufacturer or upgraded specifications
• Custom setup adjustments to suit rider and bike

Full suspension specification sheet, including:

• Oil type and level
• Spring rate
• Shim stack details
• Valve configuration
• Final suspension settings

Custom Setup & Tuning

As suspension specialists, we can make changes to suit your exact needs, including:

• Spring rate changes
• Shim stack tuning
• Valve modifications
• Drop-in performance parts

Send Forks In

• You post your forks to us, we complete the service, and return postage is included.

Bring Full Motorbike

• Bring the complete bike to us and we will:
• Remove the forks
• Carry out the suspension service
• Refit and torque everything correctly

Custom Colour Options

We offer custom colour options for selected components.

Please specify your colour request in the options or contact us before ordering to confirm availability and pricing.
