Due to the wide range, variation, and complexity of different bikes, as well as the cost of parts (including recent global price increases), we cannot provide fixed service prices for individual bikes online.

At MH Motorsport UK, we specialise in professional crankshaft reconditioning for a wide range of Japanese, European, and British motorcycles – from modern classics to vintage machines.

What’s Included in This Service:

Full strip down, inspection, and assessment of your crankshaft

Thorough cleaning and preparation for reconditioning

Installation of a new con-rod kit (supplied separately or sourced at extra cost)

Precision balancing and truing to ±0.01mm (½ thou)
Axial clearance checked to manufacturer specification
Warranty covering both parts and labour

Full oil change – OE specification
Supply and fit new oil filter – OE specification
Diagnostic plug-in and reset

Bronze Service (approx 2hrs)

What it includes:

Full oil change – OE specification
Supply and fit new oil filter – OE specification
Diagnostic plug-in and reset
Chain/Sprockets check, adjust and lube
Tyres checked and pressures adjusted
Full electrical charge rate system check and battery test
A thorough visual inspection of complete bike – checking all major parts and ensuring the bike is safe

Silver Service (approx 4hrs)

What it includes:

Full oil change – OE specification
Supply and fit new oil filter – OE specification
Chain and sprockets checked, adjusted and lubricated or final drive oil replaced
Tyre condition and pressures checked and adjusted
Full brake system check and adjust
All levers and pivots cleaned and lubricated
All key barrels blown out and lubricated
Brake and clutch lever cleaned, lubed and adjusted
General safety and electrical check
All liquid levels checked, tested and topped up where necessary
Full electrical charge-rate system check
Battery charged and tested
Diagnostic plug-in and reset
A thorough visual inspection of complete bike – checking all major parts and ensuring the bike is safe

Gold Service (approx 8hrs)

What it includes:

Full oil change – OE specification
Supply and fit new oil filter – OE specification
Supply and fit new air filter – OE specification
Supply and fit new NGK spark plugs
Chain and sprockets checked, adjusted and lubricated or final drive oil replaced
Tyre condition and pressures checked and adjusted
Full brake system check and adjust
All levers and pivots cleaned and lubricated
All key barrels blown out and lubricated
Brake and clutch lever cleaned, lubed and adjusted
General safety and electrical check
All liquid levels checked, tested and topped up where necessary
Full electrical charge-rate system check
Battery charged and tested
Diagnostic plug-in and reset
A thorough visual inspection of complete bike – checking all major parts and ensuring the bike is safe

Platinum Service (approx 10hrs)

What it includes:

Full oil change – OE specification
Supply and fit new oil filter – OE specification
Supply and fit new air filter – OE specification
Supply and fit new NGK spark plugs
Coolant drained, flushed, replaced, bled and tested through 3 x heat cycles
Full brake system check and adjust
Entire hydraulic brake fluid system replaced
Chain and sprockets checked, adjusted and lubricated or final drive oil replaced
Tyre condition and pressures checked and adjusted
All levers and pivots cleaned and lubricated
All key barrels blown out and lubricated
Brake and clutch lever cleaned, lubed and adjusted
General safety and electrical check
All liquid levels checked, tested and topped up where necessary
Full electrical charge-rate system check
Battery charged and tested
Diagnostic plug-in and reset
A thorough visual inspection of complete bike – checking all major parts and ensuring the bike is safe
Please note: This service takes about 10 hours to complete, and so we will require your bike for at least a couple of days to ensure all of this work is carried out. For scheduling reasons, we would ask you to contact us to arrange a Platinum Service, it cannot be booked online.
